Uprising Coalition was founded in 2020 by Kristofer Pasanen. It’s a continuation of the labels Fifth Columnist and T-Recs that were active in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Uprising Coalition is an independent book publisher with a focus on the art around punk hardcore, but subcultures in general is something we are into as well.

To buy our books, stay tuned for our books to be sold by Svart Records, Freight Train in Sweden has some of our books for sale too.

We’re on a mission to document our history, stories of those others won’t tell, in ways that last for generations to come. Topics that interest us: punk, hardcore, hip hop, skateboarding, graffiti, street art, tattoos, illustrations, graphic design … we’re currently not taking submissions, but don’t hesitate to get in touch for discussing future projects nevertheless.
